Shortly after I completed a B.S. in Outdoor Education at Western Washington University, I started teaching computers for an Apple Specialist computer store in Bellingham, WA. Eleven years later I find myself working in the Portland and Vancouver area. Between now and when I started, I've taught at a Community College, a Technical College, various large and small group settings and too many in home training sessions to count.

Many of my clients need help with more complex tasks such as setting up small networks to share files, others need me to work with them from square one. You can expect patience and respect from me wherever you are on the learning curve.
